A good company to start your career as a Software Developer
The good thingsI've been working as a junior software developer here for the past 6 months and I must say, it has been a great experience so far. The company is highly recommended for fresh graduates or those starting their careers in the tech industry. One of the best things about working here is the support you receive from other employees. They are always willing to help you grow and develop your professional skills, and the company provides various resources that you can use to expand your knowledge of coding. Additionally, the company culture is fantastic - everyone is approachable and fun to work with.
The challengesHowever, there are also some challenges that come with the role. You need to be resourceful and self-sufficient, as the senior developers may not always be available to answer your questions. But this is also what makes the experience so rewarding, as it forces you to grow and learn on your own. Despite this, the senior developers are always willing to offer advice and support when needed. Overall, I'm thoroughly enjoying my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and challenging environment in which to grow their career as a software developer.

Growing company with a solid and fun culture.
The good things1. Very light and friendly environment. 2. Flexible work setup and arrangements with the management. 3. Growing company - starting to provide benefits that others have. Gradual progress but still progress. 4. Work collaboration is always encouraged. 5. Technical team leaders are easy to work with. 6. Anyone in the company can get involved in building the overall process and tackling operational issues. 7. Can build a career faster compared to large corporations for as long as you prove yourself worthy. 8. No politics, always performance-based at least for the past 2-3 years.
The challenges1. Few of the projects still require overtime for some weeks since the company has not yet found all the resources they are trying to hire. 2. Salary is average, not the same with large corporations. 3. Benefits are present such as HMO but they're not as much as that of the corps. 4. Trainings are internal, facilitated by the leaders only.

If you’re looking for a greener pasture, it’s not for you.
The good thingsIt’s easy to ask for help with the team.
The challengesToo stressful. Everything is urgent. If you are not overloaded, they consider you as inefficient. The admin was unreliable and unresponsive with concerns. The salary and benefits are not competitive.

If you're OA or TOO SENSITIVE, this company is not suitable for YOU!
The good thingsThey do training for their developers. Aircon is just normal, they just try to balanced the coldness as others complaining about being too cold. Free coffee Free pizza Assign projects according to your skillsets.
The challengesIf you're department is not earning that much, sometimes the treatment is imbalanced.

    A good training ground
The good thingsThe projects are challenging and you'll never miss to learn each day. Colleagues are approachable. They have a free coffee and often free pizza too.
The challengesI think they're saving to much electricity when it comes to the air conditioning which makes the place hot. The salary is good for an intern, but the salary increase feels like it will never happen. They should also pay attention to their benefits package.

A average working environment and career progress
The good things1. Semi flexi schedule for developers from 5 am - 10 am. 2. Every employee is friendly and approachable. 3. The CEO is very open minded you can have a nice conversation with him and very approachable.
The challenges1. The team sometimes doesn't communicate or cooperate too much leading to a lack of details on some projects and redundant workflow. 2. In some cases they might change your role temporarily due to some critical project if they have no resources for it. 3. Lack of air conditioning. It's hot in some places in the office.
