    It was a challenging and satisfactory experience working at HMI.
    The good thingsThe owners are good and down to earth; They were supportive and very transparent. I love the farm people; Everyone is just simply enjoying their work in spite of all odds.
    The challengesCompensation and benefits for the rank is not that great but nevertheless they were happy and enjoyed it.

    It's an amazing, worthwhile and knowledgeable experience.
    The good thingsI got to learn more about quality assurance as well as how their products were processed up to packaging and ensuring it's good quality of product for the consumer.
    The challengesThe only challenge is the road I'm taking from the house up to the tricycle toda especially when it's pouring rain.

    Working for a dairy manufacturing company in Laguna, Philippines
    The good thingsI enjoyed working in Hacienda Macalauan, Inc. because of their dairy product lines. Working on dairy products have really piqued my interest and challenged me. Not only that, the plant is situated in the farm itself and staff houses are provided, so the employees are exposed to a fresh environment far from the polluted areas. Lastly, the owner is generous in terms of salary and training.
    The challengesOne of the challenges that I have faced during my employment in HMI was that they tend to have an erratic production schedule, though they are trying their best to work on that. There are also cases of product complaints due to spoilage and other quality issues, but currently, they have a HACCP and GMP system in place. This, in effect, have minimized such issues.
