    A good workplace to begin, reset, and re-align technical work goals.
    The good thingsThe management is seeking continuous engagements, productivity and growth to the people. Salaries are being aligned to the industry standards, generous with other scheme of compensating good performing employees.
    The challengesFast changing people in management leaving unclear, and with visible needed improvements. Better plans for tenured employees than seeing them an expensive assets to be released soon.

    MAGNIFICENT WAS AN UNDERTATEMENT TO DESCRIBE MY H2 WORKING EXPERIENCE
    The good thingsAs a fresh graduate, H2 was really a great learning platform since I admit that before entering H2 my knowledge about HR facets were not enough to face the real-working environment. Currently, I can say that H2 have given me a lot and I know H2 has a lot to offer to employees like me. Plus, I can enjoy working here because of my colleagues who turned out to be a family.
    The challengesI encountered minor difficulties that were not significant and did not became a hindrance to me.

    Good to start your IT career
    The good thingsH2 offer training for newly graduate and entry level applicants. You can be a better IT person as you will be train here properly.
    The challengesMaybe the working hours. When you assigned in their head office you will be required to work for 9 working hours excluded the lunch break. But that is not a big deal as the additional 1 hour can give you additional experience and knowledge as individual.

    The good thingsWorking at H2 Software Consulting Services Inc. is such a very good experience. As a fresh graduate in Information Technology, H2 Software is a good training ground for an entry level to become a successful developer or programmer in the future. They offer a great trainings for a fresh grads. They also encourage their employees to have a work life balance environment. H2 Software management will never leave you behind and stand with you as long as you want them to be.

    The good thingsGood of environment for fresh grads and experienced ones. You'll learn how to develop stuffs from scratch to Prod stage. Exposure to clients. You'll learn how to take a lead or team play. You'll learn different techs.
    The challengesAlways be on time. It terms of going to office early, meeting deadlines and so on.

    The good thingsThe environment is pretty cool, everyone is approachable with end of the month event which helps the employees to have leisure time and to get to know with each other.
    The challengesThe Job posted in the Jobstreet together with the duties and responsibilities is different from what they gave me upon signing the contract and on the first day. I applied for Software Developer but they gave me the position of ANALYST PROGRAMMER which is very different from what I want.

    A great experience for a college fresh graduate :) I really want to learn secured programming and I learned it here
    The good thingsI love their treatment to their employees, they really care and giving some time to have fun. In exchange for a very low starting salary, relationship between employer and co-employees are great. Experience from this company is awesome too! Let's just wait if starting salary will increase fast :) Come and try to work here :D Stress is very average ! :D or maybe lower than we can expect :)
    The challengesAs usual, challenges that we may encounter are things that we don't actually know but we have to solve it by our own :D search, search and search. But in the end, it is still our benefits because it gives us new knowledge :)
