Not worth it. The bad outweighs the good.
The good thingsYou'll learn a lot of things, from conceptual design to construction drawings. You'll handle big projects.
The challenges1. Discourages collaboration. Management views it as a waste of time. 2. Sees site visit as a waste of time which could have prevented some site problems. 3. Improper turnover but huge expectations on your knowledge of the project even when you just started. 4. No accountability in mismanaged teams and projects. 5. Doesn't care about employees' well-being. 6. No consent when they move you around teams. 7. Work culture expects you to do unpaid overtime to compensate for their lack of manpower. 8. Low compensation, basic benefits. HMO after 2 years.

The good thingsH1 Architecture values design on a conceptual and technical level. You will learn a lot from the principals and from other people in the company. If you think about design deeply and are a team player, H1 Architecture is the best place to learn about architecture as a practice.
The challengesEvery design problem is a challenge that you will learn to solve together with the principals and the team.

Great opportunities, Great bosses, Challenges ahead.
The good thingsThe company is always looking for individuals who are looking to excel or exceed expectations. There are often opportunities to prove yourself or request greater challenges. The 2 CEOs are also very friendly and passionate
The challengesWhile overtime is not very common, competitiveness from skilled co-workers may cause some to stay longer to finish tasks.
