The good thingsBeen working with the company for quite some time, and all I can say is that this company gives fair chances to its employees and that is something I can be proud of working here. I'm proud to be one of the pioneers of this company because they truly live up to their words and they continue to improve especially when it comes to employee benefits.
The challengesEvery challenge is an opportunity to grow. The only challenge for me is having clients that are very unpredictable with their requirements. It affects our schedule, however as a team, we work together to deliver to client's needs efficiently.

The good thingsI enjoyed working here because they treated you as a family. Benefits are available and the salary is always on time. Management is strict but also knows how handle his employee's as well. Production can be tough sometimes but we sure know how to have fun by having company outings and parties where we can just enjoy and forget all the stress and work.
The challengesAs a pioneer, it's been a big challenge for me to establish policies and program as the company is just starting. From personnel's grooming to proper food handling. It's also a big challenge for me to adjust in terms of the facilities. You really have to adjust your standards too! You have to consider what the company can provide for as of the moment.
