In terms of management, they are quite lax in monitoring their people unless they're likely going to terminate you. What I didn't like about this company is on how they terminate people. Probationary employees should have been notified on their fifth month that they're going to let them go istead of a one-day termination notice.
The challengesNotification of termination to employees who are under probationary period should be on their fifth month and not on a one-day before regularization time. Explanation of expectations for regularizing employees should have been discussed during signing of contract. There should be communication directly to higher management should the immediate management do anything wrong to their subordinates.
