    Considerate and Healthy
The good things~QA Department hiring processes prioritizes experience and atittude profile of an applicant ~The Company as a whole is very understanding in terms of attendance and tardiness, timekeeping, and Holidays and Weekend Rest Days. ~Generous salary incentives and free food every Wednesdays.
The challenges~Not too much notable negative, as long as you do your job and do not delve into internal gossips and other political sides of the work environment, you'll do fine.

Gumi is an excellent work area if you want a less-stress environment.
The good thingsEveryone is friendly Located at Ortigas They have free flowing drinks and snacks HR likes to treat workers with monthly free lunch take-outs Managers are kind and considerate Work is challenging but fun. You get paid to enjoy and play video games. And help others do so as well.
The challengesNo paid seminars, or any form of development for their junior associates. Nonexistent holidays due to 24/7 operations of our department. Less stressful environment maybe a turnoff for those that want to do more.

The good thingsFun environment.. great games with giod collaboration with big hit anime. Working as a QA helps me a lot to see bigger picture about gaming career.. building your own games, launching, publishing and debugging. More to learn when it comes to producing quality 3A games.
The challengesLess training.. the reason behind it is just that QA tester needs experienced gamer to understand our nature..

    Great!
The good thingsWorking in Gumi is very great! I won't leave there if the circumstances don't call for it. The work load isn't that heavy and all of my co-workers are great. I learned a lot from this company and from the people that are working there. New memory, friends and experience to cherish. If I will be given a chance, I will definitely work there again/
The challengesThe only challenge that I think of is, we have to work on holidays. I understand that and I don't have any regrets sacrificing my celebration of the holidays with my family because I spent the holidays with the new friends from the company.

GUMI - One Step Beyond as a Family
The good thingsThe good things what I liked about this company are the people who comprises from the staff until to the managerial teams. They have given me a 2nd place called \"home\". We worked as a family that unites as to reach our main goal ~ to provide an excellent support and good gaming experience for our gamer / client. And never failed to talk, play jokes among each other even we are from different teams.
The challengesThe challenges for this company was how you managed to to talk to our main branch in Singapore, how you show your perspective, points of view to them for some certain issues, events, players' feedback or opinions even we can only reached them by means of 3rd party communication tool such as skype, hangout etc. How will you balance your work style to your family style.
