Good at First..The good thingsI am fortunate to have been hired and be part of the HR Department of GuillBern Corporation and handled a position as HR Assistant inspite the fact that I have zero background with the said position. My previous job experienced for the past eight (8) years was Procurement Officer in a Pharmaceutical and Food industry. There was a burning desire for me to learn and embrace new things & challenges.
The challengesAs time goes by, I found myself learning everything about the Company and it's system, co employees and as well as all HR related matter all by myself. Since everything is new with me I find it difficult to understand the process. However I took it as a challenge to be a better HR practitioner, I just hope that I was guided properly by my Department Head.
