    The good things-My Superior is a great person, he knows what's best for me and he always assists me. He is not so super strict, he always treats us as his friends. He is always there in times of needs even in our personal needs, he is always gives us assistance as well as the company.
    The challenges-Preparing delivery receipts and invoices thru ERP system -Planning daily delivery routes schedule aside from dispatching. -Still working even when at home such as monitoring deliveries thru mobile phone. -Relieve my Superior when he is on leave.
