The challengesTypical office day job. Whereas other companies have 8 hours of work, this one has 9 hours or more, leaving you only with a few hours to yourself. And when you commute home, most of your free time will be used on traffic. They justify this by saying that they compressed the work hours in a week so that you won't have to work on weekends. Other departments have 8:30am - 6:30pm schedule while some departments have 9:00am - 6:30PM and some even have work on the weekends. Very rigid, inflexible, and old-school views toward work. One must be at the office even when most companies shift to hybrid or WFH to lower overhead costs. They don't have a centralized system for leaves. We still use paper to file leaves even though most companies use a centralized system. On the growth side, you won't find much here. Bosses are temperamental, sometimes switching from nice to angry and shouting. Some of the managers don't do their job well and some look like they don't want their job. They still forces new employees to dance during Christmas parties (we need to abolish this culture).
