    Working here would be fun with the right team to help you out and talk you through stuffs.
    The good thingsCo-workers and team were great. On the news safety protocols or suspensions given when it need for employees. Heavy on the Design and Detail learning curve.
    The challengesYou are serving 4 individual Bosses with 4 different perspectives to follow and mix match. 1 of them cant really identify what he wants and keeps revising everything from scratch even tho the client has given the final remarks.

    The company is great in general.
    The good things-You do the drawings necessary for bidding. -You get to involve in the pre-bidding process. -Overtime work seldom happens. -The bosses are great. -The office is so nice. (The best, so far) -Perks! Like company outings and events.
    The challenges-Since the project has standards for the design itself, there are not much of your creative juices needed. -Minimal site visits.

    Fun yet lacks challenge after quite a while
    The good thingsGSN+p has been in the industry since 1995 (verify this in their website) with competent partners. The company has quite impressive portfolio. They have done projects with known companies. The working environment is really nice. I heard they're trying to better its management but either way, when I was employed, it was already okay. The partners are very approachable. They're leaders not \"bosses\". I haven't tried or heard anyone getting screamed at.
    The challengesThere are minimal challenges aside from meeting the deadline. Some may feel bored or not challenged after a while since you're doing most of the projects with templates already and the transition of one project to the next is fast. You're going to feel like it's going to be a routine.

    MY 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN GSN+P ARCHITECTURE STUDIO
    The good thingsI had a great experience working in GSN+P. My co-workers are very helpful and friendly, the partners are approachable, kind, and inspiring. I learned a lot while working in this company especially in preparation of architectural dawgs, structural drwgs and detailing. I also had experienced attending the pre-bid every project that I make. I was able to finish 32 projects in my 2 yrs of working here
    The challengesI didn't had a health card since they are only giving it to an employee who works there for 2 straight yrs. I wasn't exposed doing a large scaled project while working here. I also didn't had a chance to design for a project. My experience in this company is great but there are still so many things that I didn't experienced while working here, maybe because 2 yrs of staying here isn't just enough.
