    The good thingsWorking as a Medical Representative at GSK was one of the most rewarding and highly fulfilling experience in my career. The company provided excellent training, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to promote quality healthcare products. I would gladly recommend this role to anyone interested in a professional and purpose driven career in the pharmaceutical industry.
    The challengesWhile I appreciated the challenges of fieldwork as Medical Representative, I realized I thrive more in structured, office based or remote environments. The experience strengthened my communication, organization, and problem solving skills qualities which made me more excited to apply in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role efficiently and substantially.

They gave me a lot of leeway in that I was very green when I first started out with the company.     The good thingsI love working in GSK primarily because they provide premium and importance of its core values which includes Transparency, Respect for People, Integrity and Patient Focus. It has very high Ethical standards that enables me to end my productive day with pride. They also enable their employees to have this sense of purpose and mission.
    The challengesPharmaceutical industry is a very dynamic and complex industry. Customers who are used to Pharmaceutical Companies' ways of working are difficult to manage probable because they were used to promotions that involved bribery and corruption. GSK however moved towards strategy promotions and ways of working free from any conflict of interest.
