    The good thingsThey will support you from the beginning all the way until they found the best client for you. And even you are working with your client, we always check up on you and provide all your needs for upskilling.
    The challengesLearning new things is really challenging but here in GA, they don't overwhelm you but they push you to be a better version of yourself everyday.

    The good thingsAlways getting checked on, even if there are more that 150+ GAs we still get checked on and motivated to continue and be able to execute the job correctly.
    The challengesThe challenge would be having getting trained on the areas of the scope of work that you have limited knowledge of. As we were only given links of where we can review on the platform that will be using once you will be working with the client. It would be nicer if there is a video on how to things, just a really brief on.

    it is really a wonderful experience working here with GA team.
    The good thingsone of the excellent client I'm working with, they are very supportive to their employees , and they making sure our comfortability to work with the team. Everything is really good in GA, the community, and the salary.
    The challengesfor the first time, It was a little bit challenge because of my schedule, i was adjusting my time but now it's all good.

    GA changed my life, good opportunity to start your online work
    The good thingsGA is the only online work that has benefits for us Filipinos. The biggest struggle in looking for online jobs is having benefits so GA is a gamechanger in this field. The clients are very nice and the people behind GA check up on you and ask on your workload. I feel very secured and happy with my work thanks to GA. I always recommend my friends to try and find work in GA
    The challengesnot a lot of cons. Sometimes the timetracker has some issues but it doesn't really affect my opinion of GA.

    The good thingsGrowth Assistant takes very good care of their people and goes out of their way to make sure each person in the team feels comfortable at work, is equipped & trained for the work that they are expected to do, and is taken care of.
    The challengesAdjusting to night shift was a bit of a challenge but after the first week or 2, it was much easier -- and even fun!

    Growth assistant is the place to be, 100%.
    The good thingsGreat starting Salary. PTO for an agency which is super rare! Growth assistant will make sure you are compensated well after your initial salary offering, they will give you an increase based on your performance! (The increase is super awesome) The company itself is very supportive of their GAs + the CEO and HRs are super approachable. You can't have this kind of experience in any other companies 100%.
    The challengesJust the health card, it's almost unusable but since GA is just starting we all know it's gonna get better soon!

    The challengesThe challenges that i am facing on everyday is job security. Its hard to work virtually knowing that anytime, your client can drop you too easily. And with Growth Assistant, they always provide assurance to employee. They always make me feel that I own the job and there's no better employee rather than me and in case that the client drops me off, Growth Assistant wouldn't - which makes me feel better.

    BEST VA COMPANY TO WORK FOR!
    The good thingsI've been working at GrowthAssistant for a year now and so far, they have given the best treatment to their clients and assistants. What I love the best about it is despite being a contractor, they provide benefits such as paid holidays, health card, and a lot of bonuses! For anyone looking for a WFH job as a virtual assistant, this is the best place to be. The community is great too and you get to have a lot of opportunities for growth.
    The challengesIn terms of challenges, it could be that it's only an online job so working from home, you can encounter challenges such as sudden power interruptions and lost connection.
