    Growsari is a very exciting place to work in for a fresh graduate. Everyone is very friendly and very much willing to show you the ropes.
    The good things- Very welcoming office culture - Good Pay - Good working environment - Many opportunities for growth - Employers also think about your personal career growth
    The challenges- Some people don't respect your boundaries when it comes to time - Sometimes, people ask you for difficult tasks on a strict deadline, pressuring you immensely.
