    The good thingsThis company is helping the filipino lives to be part of the International Training Program for FREE. This is an amazing company to provide this opportunity to help make their dreams come true. I am recruiting those candidates who are just dreaming to have a career abroad but now it is turning into reality. I can still feel the butterfly in my stomach everytime that their visas are being granted and approved. This job is the most fulfilling job ever! I love helping my kababayan!

    The good thingsI am inspired with my team members because they are all highly motivated employees! You want to know why? because we are getting all the support from the team and from the leaders. The management is giving us the best benefits that our family is also included. We also have a work-life balance.

    No Gossip. Good Working Environment!
    The good thingsThe best reason why I like working here is they don't allow gossiping. This is a sign of good culture. We are also getting good a reward and benefits. The retirement benefit and the scholarship program will really help my family.
    The challengesNon so far, just few restaurants nearby the office. Everyone in the office are all smart and collaborative.

    The good thingsThe management and my team members are all supportive and collaborative. The employees are easy to work with. I prefer to work in the office than WFH since my team members are all fun to be with. The values of the company are aligned to the goals. I received good benefit package and high salary!

    The good thingsThe management are all keen to achieve the target and the goals for the growth of the company. Kuddos! to our founder who is a very cool boss. He is also very generous and down to earth. He is passionate of taking care of our families and he wants us to achieve our potential. The salary is very competitive and the company benefits are superb! I love working in a modern company. New tools, new apps and new learnings!

    The good thingsI am new in this company but I love working here! This is the company that will make you feel valued and cared. All my teammates are helpful. I love them all. The management and the CEO are so cool! The leaders are very intelligent and supportive. The CEO is so nice and calm. I am so grateful for the inspiring words. All the old feedback from old employees are all fake news!

    Good Place, but you need to perform
    The good thingsPerformance is a must in this company, otherwise you can be booted out. As a start-up, it should be understandable that the work will be too demanding, but the managers are good in managing the workload.
    The challengesThere would be a lot of ups and downs with a small company, and one of which is that gossips destroys your mood. There are some employees here who loves gossips :D

    Great Opportunities for those who would want to upskill, BUT....
    The good thingsGroworx is a good place to be with if you have a creative mind and you're willing to share your knowledge and talent to the company. Groworx will invest to your capabilities once it sees an opportunity within you, however if you won't show much value on the company, where you're used to slacking off or doing a mediocre job, your bad performance will surely bring you somewhere.
    The challengesSalary increase is only given to those who were promoted. Hopefully everyone will get a fair chance on salary increase as everything is becoming more expensive!

    The good thingsEnjoy working in a non-voice, Fast paced environment who gives you freedom on when to take your breaks and to finish your job. Not unless there is a dead line.

    Worst place to be as a Developer
    The good thingsWe have freebies and Team lunch out. Nice office also and walking distance to the mall.
    The challengesThey issue Chromebook to a developer that crashes and restarts on its own. They replaced it with a decent machine but only used for a month or two. The office tools keeps changing especially when the trial period already expired. Your on your own when it comes to learning new technologies. Not a very ideal place for a developer.
