The challengesIt was definitely not what i expected (my time here was worse)
One person handles multiple projects same time with no support from direct high-up (only criticism). You need to show-up in one project and expects to be present SAME TIME in the other. Constantly being monitored.
Later on, the pay can't even compensate for the emotional damage you get as a professional - Problem with working in a small company.
Hard part is, when I resigned, although I rendered 1-month exactly... and handed over (since I can't bare to work in this company anymore) - I DID NOT RECIEVE MY FINAL PAY - ZERO.
