    Friendly Workmates and Good Benefits but Work is stressful.
    The good thingsWorking with friendly co-workers and the company has a lot of incentives and benefits. There is always a food treat on every occasion.
    The challengesPoor management. The company seems like is not open to any improvements. No coordination at all. The construction head is not performing well as a leader of the department. No materials tracking. The quality of its units is not good. Everything is rushed.
