    The good thingsMy boss is concerned about my career path. The company has its core values. People here are very friendly and supportive. It has health and wellness programs. Resources are available and provided. Benefits are awesome. The company brings out the best in you.
    The challengesIf you are not used to work late, then you better be ready, especially during the operation stage of the project ( a lot of overtime hours, very busy, etc.). Other than that, there's nothing I can totally complain about this company.

    AMAZING
    The good thingsWe were assigned by the HR Department under different departments such as Mine Geo, Exploration, etc. at a specific period of time during the internship. Our mentors were approachable and very accommodating. They tried to answer our questions to the best of their ability and provided us with tips in the field that were not taught inside the classroom. They also point out our mistakes during the training and taught us the correct way.
    The challengesThe challenge in the internship is adapting to the working environment since we were reassigned to different departments after every allotted days. However, we were prepared by our university to adjust to such changes and with the help of our trainers, the transition was easy. Thus, it wasn't much of a challenge.
