Different from other industry I have entered

The good thingsWhat I have enjoyed in working here are my colleagues that is supportive and generous when I was a newbie. The bosses are generous and encouraging.

The challengesSince I was not familiar with the industry, not enough seminars for other non-engineering position to be more familiarized.

Stressful yet meaningfu

The good thingsWhat I enjoyed working here is that my coworkers are fun to work with, monthly supplies of coffee (or cereal drink) and vitamins, rice during lunch and the bosses are generous to foods.

The challengesI was challenged a bit because of its services and product they produce I'm not that familiar. So it's harder to me a little bit because I have no knowledge that I had to study about it.
