Not a place to work for long period of time.
The good thingsFree lunch, overflowing coffee, free parking. Lots of parking space! Company scheduled vacation.
The challengesNo equal opportunity, no career improvement, lacks training. Some supervisors are biased when it comes to promotion. Roles are overlapping. Inconsiderate management.

best in inefficiency and inequality amongst employees and its management
The good thingspeople you work with that is in the same level as you are those who you can actually consider as friends even after leaving the company. flexible time, grace periods, free parking, friendly maintenance, and free lunch.
The challengespalakasan gaming is number 1 in this company - employees who are in connection with the Management are those who are surely to have growth, low salary even if there’s a yearly increase, unequal benefits and compensation packages especially for those who are working as frontliners, overbearing of work, slow processes, you’re sure to see laziness at its best in this company.

Above average employee benefits but slow career progression
The good thingsSalary up to 15 month pay, with company uniform, Unilab employee discount, rice allowance, yearly salary increase, high HMO coverage, not too strict with time in and out. Early and on time salary payouts. No problem with my co-workers. Office location is very near my area.
The challengesVery slow in promoting employees. There are some employees staying in the company for too long and yet their roles have not yet changed. Priority is given to senior employees with high credentials. Prioritizes graduates from Big 4 universities. There are some qualified employees that are not hired to regular positions due to their schools. Sometimes the management does not listen to the concerns of their employees which may lead to resignations.

Happy to be working here despite this Pandemic
The good thingsI enjoy working with friendly and supportive people in the company. Free lunches, Paid leaves during the holidays and the Love Life programme of the company!
The challengesOf course, there will always be something not working as expected in any organization, depends on the personalities involved and what not, but the best thing to know is that Management is always ready to listen.

    Its Fulfilling here.
The good thingsThe \"work-life balance' is important for the company. Also, your family is important for them, and they show it by benefits and compensation system that takes care of them (like HMO coverage for ALL dependents). Also, they are output-driven, so if you exceed what is expected of you, they wont be too strict about your tardiness or attendance. Plus bonuses that you wont expect from other companies (if the economy and business is good, they sometimes give 16th month pay, depending on your Level)
The challengesThe company is small compared to others, so career growth is a challenge. Also, decision making is centralized \"to the owner\", they hire a lot of managers, but they all yield to the decision-making of the chairman.

Not so Greener Pastures in Greenfield
The good thingsWorking in Greenfield has been a good experience, the people treat you like family. The benefits are unmatched and they provide extensive employee trainings. Another good thing (and probably the best) is the daily FREE lunch.
The challengesI got five challenges during my stay at Greenfield: 1. I belonged in a very small team so we tend to overlap in terms of our job responsibilities. W e tend to jump from one thing to another without really finishing what we have started. 2. The politics is really bad it stinks like rotten meat. 3. Very slow system. 4. Micromanaging. 5.The management is still not sure how to position the brand.
