    Great company, Fun and memorable, Healthy environment and Good company to develop a career skills.
    The good thingsManagement is really great. Met a lot of wonderful students and made my experience as a first ESL teacher unforgettable. The company is very professional in every workflow in the career and it has a good environment to build your character. The good thing in this company are the management, administration, students and co-workers. Management did not neglected us especially when we have needs or questions. They also monitor students, especially those who are rude students and are immediately warned.
    The challengesThe challenges I face in this company are first and foremost the naughty student. That's all but I managed to talk to them properly. I also once had a student change his behavior by talking to them and valuing them.

    A Great Company for Working Moms
    The good thingsIf you are a mom and thinking to be working at home to look after your kids, GLATS is the best choice. I've been working here for a couple of months now, and this company has given me a chance to grow more as an ESL teacher. I thought I wouldn't find any jobs amid this pandemic, but I was wrong. This company has saved me. Their coaches are very approachable and the teachers are very kind. You won't regret working here if you get hired.
    The challengesTheir salary is average and if you're looking for a higher salary, then this company is not for you. Some of their curriculums are quite challenging because they don't have a teacher guide. This may be not good for other instructors, but for me, it's OK because I want to challenge myself while having the class with my students and learn something new. And before I forget, if you're looking for a flexible time like what other schools offer to teachers then, this is not for you. This company has fixed part-time/ full-time schedules, which may not be good for workers who wanna have flexible working hours.
