    Just okay. Definitely for entry-level hires.
    The good thingsDepartment where I'm in is okay, people are friendly and fun. There are some basic trainings here and there. Office is nice too tho the building is pretty old. Company provides you with equipment.
    The challengesExperienced some toxic work culture. Knew people with problems re the admins, HR, etc. Salary is very low when I started but they've adjusted it now to ~AVERAGE~. Salary is still low when you think of the amount of work and hours of work we put into this company.

    The good thingsLots of young professionals who want career growth, have so much energy within them and passion to learn
    The challengesBe ready to work long hours and serve clients all day. The salary is way too low and doesn’t match the energy, passion and hardwork you invest. It really is a HIGH STRESS, LOW REWARD workplace. You also bring home lots of work and stress from work but you and your colleagues will just joke it off. Full of unnecessary meetings as well that eats your time.

    Low salary, long work hours
    The good thingsCompany is filled with hopeful, aspiring and fun millenials who are being molded into desk cogs.
    The challengesWork time is from 8:30am-7:30pm thus leaving the workers minimal to no time spent with their families. Some workers live in very far places and usually spend 2 hours of travel time on the way home. Just imagine. I cannot stress enough how low the salary is.

    The challengesThe working hours is not regular, please edit your job description that it's compressed working hours 8:30AM TO 7:30PM (M-W) / 7:00PM (TH) / 6:00PM (F). CR is unsanitary and Garbage isn't disposed of regularly.
