    Not for longterm.
    The good thingsThey are very lenient with time, except tardiness. Finish work early, go home early. Very few overtime work because there is no overtime pay. Casual dress code. There are only about ten office/site employees, so you know everyone.The bosses are friendly most of the time.
    The challengesPoor employee management. No work, no pay. Politics or palakasan system is obvious. There is no other area of specialty other than painting.

    It is Convenient
    The good thingsWork is simple. It's a painting company. On site, I did not have to stay the whole day. If I finish early on my work I can go home. Almost no overtime exceptfor very special days when I need to rush something. Business or corporate attire is not required. There are a total of 12 staff.
    The challengesIt is a small company, with lots of competition among the staff. Minimum wage. Regular savings acct instead of payroll acct, meaning there is a maintaining balance shouldered by the employees. Never early, most of the time late payday. Insignificant xmas bonus. No work no pay. No govt mandated taxes on your 1st 6mos. No allowances just reimbursements but subject to approval. Computers are outdated
