1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
    The road and the car
The good thingsOne of the things my past employer maybe did for me was they helped me to improve my skills on how to deal with different kind of people. How to handle different attitudes and characteristics of every individual. I was also trained to develop my sales talk and my customer handling. They also developed my knowledge regarding cars and its specifications.
The challengesI think my past employer should improve their management and how they treat their people, I think this challenges me more during my contract with them. I am sometimes bombarded by my client's questions, frustrations and disappointments with our service department and the management doesn't even care.
