The challenges11 hours a day regular hours, no benefits whatsoever (medical, allowances bonus except 13th month pay), minimum wage. Duties and responsiblities given is not being followed. Workload doesn't match with the salary being given. Management is biased and narrow minded. Bottom line, the company RMR Group, does not care and pay no importance to its employees. Only goal is to earn money for its owners to enjoy.
