At first, it was really good but now, you start to wonder if this is still a good choiceThe good thingsThe training from GGHMS was good in itself to prepare you on knowledge you will need about credentialing process. You'd even have mock call training for when you will have to call clinicians and they would give different scenarios to best prepare you when you start working. The environment is friendly and they make you feel as part of the family.
The challengesNew client now has a quota requirement that is very challenging to meet. Most are concerned now on what will happen if quota isn't met. Some do overtime work just to meet quota, but they aren't paid to do that. It should be preapproved, but if you have to do that daily in order to meet your daily quota, I guess you can say that is when you start to wonder if all this is worth the time, effort and dedication.
