    Politics is still very much prevalent for some functions that came from local set up.
    The good thingsGreat 401K and HMO benefits. HR is very fair.
    The challengesIn order to be promoted, you need to blend with the tenured people that have no global shared services mindset. That hinders for the more deserving individuals to step up.
