    comfortable yet challenging
    The good thingsLight, family-like environment = people are easy to work and joke around with. You'll definitely have work-life balance here.
    The challengesSimilar to a start-up, you'll need to adjust and even innovate with the new & changing processes. I'm also not used to working with people abroad so it was a (short) adjustment to coordinate with people in different timezones.

    The challengesLeadership and people management is very poor. Most people don't walk the talk.
