    The agency was an excellent public service to all the government employees specially to all the pensioners.
    The good thingsI enjoy working at the agency because all the coworkers are closed to one another including our head office and we always do the best thing to improve our daily agenda and we always priority our beneficiaries
    The challengesThe challenges that we do is when it comes to report an old age pensioner that had passed away, we deeply sad about that situation.

    The good thingsThe way they handle their OJTs is very nice and friendly, they always remind us for being always patient and do our best once we are now in the real working environment, they dont forget also to greet and celebrate with us to our birthday. They also free to answers from every questions we would ask.
    The challengesThe challenges that I encountered was first is the transportation going to the company destination, and also the time travel, and also on how to mingle with the other employers and always remind myself the qoutation `Respect begets Respect` from every situation that happened.

    The good thingsYou will learn to work professionally with integrity for serving pensioners and other constituents. You will learn to have a lively work place and have good vibes under stressful events (specifically GSIS LAGUNA). You will have the passion on waking up everyday to work without having to say that it's just another day. You will learn to serve happily.
    The challengesJust the regular time of work from 8am to 5pm because im a nocturnal.

    GSIS from an IT helpdesk agent POV
    The good thingsIT infrastructure is good. Communication is effective. Hierarchy is clear. Office is clean and well maintained, near major thorough fares. Shuttle service is provided along with gym and HMO. Job is secured and with guaranteed retirement package. Salary is very competitive and opportunities for career advancement are plenty.
    The challengesSystem and processes needs to be improved, Nepotism and red tape should be eliminated. Employee moral should be boosted and engagement must be improved.
