Good starting employer for a fresh graduate. The good thingsThe work environment is pretty good. It's not the typical government office since the demography consists of a lot of young professionals. The office is also a bit techy and strives to always improve its work processes. In terms of staff development, the office provides a lot of training and learning opportunities to their employees.
The challengesThe office still has a lot of contract of service employees. More regular positions should be opened since COS employees are sometimes made to perform functions of regular positions (CSC-COA-DBM Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2017).
Other than that, the work environment is definitely good.
