    The good thingsIve enjoyed the interior works and ive learn a lot.
    The challengesColleagues who thinks high of themselves are the one who will make a big challenge if your working in this company. They are the one who requested OTs but at the end, it will be a waste because change of design after a weekend.

    Enjoyable work yet challenging
    The good thingsLove the design of the office given that it's an interior design firm especially the office chairs. Enjoyable workload, not too stressful. Has monthly parties for birthday celebrants. Good ambiance.
    The challengesAdministration style needs a lot of improvement. Office regulations doesn't apply to everyone. Staff isn't treated like family.

    GREAT WORK EXPERIENCE
    The good thingsTHE COMPANY IS STILL GROWING AND VERY SUPPORTIVE TO EMPLOYEES. they initiate monthly birthday celebration just to have good relation between all employees and provide International Tour to loyal and deserving employee that would boost your moral of staying long term.
    The challengesI AM JUST A PROJECT BASE CONTRACT EMPLOYEE. and have not enjoyed fully the ambiance. They need to Improved some Drawing standard and more training for advancement. with regards to Materials and supply it takes more than a month to provide but still provided. so just need for improvement.
