    Quite a few dissapointment
    The good thingsThe way they interact with the employees are good, the cooperation are there but one there's one thing that I noticed on how they make move about the concerns and issues regarding to the people's problems. It seems like they're just ignoring them.
    The challengesI don't know if it's just me or not but I thought that when you are working in an office, you can freely bring any kinds of food, or atleast even water but you cannot.

    The good thingsManagement is ever willing to listen to better ideas especially in improving production efficiency. The good things are, they were almost listening to all of my improvement plans related to process in the section I was handling and I was even tapped to do improvements in production to prevent recurring problems in the plaitng and rinsing process.
    The challengesThe most challenging part in joining the company is how to make things right in a simple manner. This way employees will not experience the difficulty and can cope up with the challenges they would be facing on a daily basis.
