    Working here was great from career development to its working environment, which is all in one package.
    The good things- Not the bossy type - Treats all as same - Stress free for being humble and considerate for the well-being of its CSRs - Trainings are well managed and well equip with trainers who are well experience in the field of CSR - Well versed with company policy and is a good leader
    The challengesReaching the Sales Quota due to the numerous products to sell versus the fewer customers who avails.

    The good thingsMy present company has good benefit for their employees esp our health card because not only the employee has health card also their immediate dependent has health card too. We also have 13 and 14th month bonus. Our bosses has heart for their employees esp with our needs.
    The challengesYou must have an exceptional customer service attitude because our company give simply the best for our customer. Our company hates tardiness. You must know to cross sell. Since we are like tellers in the bank you must be honest all the time

    The good thingsI've been enjoying entertain different type of people specially when I met good people and have conversation with them. I also feel happy when I save one of my customer in text scam, I feel pity for them because the're poor.
    The challengesThe most challenging in my job when I met an arrogant customer it is very difficult to deal with them because they we're known in that certain area but fortunately I deal with them as I told the policy of the company. The customer understand the situation.

    Great company!
    The good thingsI enjoyed serving customers especially the old ones, I mean the senior citizens. I loved what I am doing and it's a lot of fun doing great jobs with my co-workers. They were so nice to me and they treated me so well. My bosses were so great. Although I had only a three month contract, I can say that it was a blessing working with this company. I would might recommend it to my friends.
    The challengesIt was a little bit challenging because some of the customers were hard headed, they got no temper. But with all of that experience, we still managed not to lose our temper and served them the best way we can.

    The good thingsprobationary position as soon as you get hired, 2weeks hotel experienced due to trainings and seminars, medicard privelege even though your still in a probationary position...22days duty due to 2 days off,rice subsidy,can render overtime, bonuses, company wouldnt let you down...im on my way to 5 years experienced here, all holidays are being paid..its seems like you have a family here..
    The challengessince i'm on a retail industry..be have different qouta to meet..accomplishment to it we are always on top 10 of those services we cater...enjoy the pressure and focus on your career..and stay positive always to meet yoir goals...and alyways remind yourself for the teamwork to meet all those challenges..everyday is a new beginning to appreciate and enjoy for every challenges.
