    Its good working here because of the mission & vision of the company.
    The good thingsI enjoyed during distribution of school supplies, gifts, nutritional items & even medical check-up of the sponsored children because they include me to all field works. I also appreciated that they support PSEA.
    The challengesMy challenges is to gather hard copies and long process when you want request budget. They have more paper works here.

    Not so good organization
    The good thingsNothing. Both Staff & management are terrible.
    The challengesthe organization is composed of staff who no longer aspire with community devt works. Lots of their staff are unpleasant-behaviorally tenured
