Very much to learn because of it's limitless teas variation, form day to day work you can learn something better. Good to find new work mates wherein you can share thoughts and exchange ideas.
The challengesfrom the start it's very difficult to adjust since the costing if the food is not that accurate as a chef we should at least have some ideas of the food costing and impromptu cooking but as a restaurant this company doesn't have like that and we merely please our loyal customer whenever they would want other recipe or muted because it is beyond our control. A very small kitchen too.
