    It was great at first but as the company expanded it became stressfull
    The good thingsIf it wasnt for my great co workers I wouldnt have passed 6 months woking for them
    The challengesThey want the company to expand while maintaining the same number of workers. It bacame very stressfull as time went on and the management did not seem to care we were being over work. But they also expect us to put out food items with on time with the best quality.

    The good thingsSome of the people you are working with are also good to work with. With health cards and leaves. Mandatory benefits are given. Salary is on time.
    The challengesSupport from management are lacking. They often neglect people who are working under the support group. Management is unappreciative. Tools and equipment needed are not provided. There are many areas that need improvement. They should maybe believe more on the people they hire.

    Bad Boss, Terrible HR
    The good thingsOn time salary.Nothing more.
    The challengesThe HR was established to protect the interest of the employees and welfare of the company and not just the select few specially the upper echelons.Five supervisor have left the company within the span of 1 year 3 committed AWOL while 2 resigned, I was the 6th one. If that was not a Red sign and I don't know what that is.

    The good thingsworkmates and Colleagues, the product itself is amazing, with high standard of food and teas exciting menus... Very much to learn because of it's limitless teas variation, form day to day work you can learn something better. Good to find new work mates wherein you can share thoughts and exchange ideas.
    The challengesfrom the start it's very difficult to adjust since the costing if the food is not that accurate as a chef we should at least have some ideas of the food costing and impromptu cooking but as a restaurant this company doesn't have like that and we merely please our loyal customer whenever they would want other recipe or muted because it is beyond our control. A very small kitchen too.
