    The challengesThe management who didn’t give you to freedom to apply your skills and knowledge particularly in the sales, product development and marketing. All matters are their profits. No HMO You need to balance yourself in dealing with the owners who seldom communicate with one other because of their personal issue

    Lots of learnings, fun and benefits
    The good thingsThough there are pressures because of workloads, still there are enough time to do some extra-curricular activities in the company like outings, anniversarys, benefits (most memorable: overflowing supply of coffee). Lots of learnings for those who are newly graduates!
    The challengesI can't mention it here but it is my personal matter.

    Having an internship at Goldshine Pharmaceuticals Inc is a great experience, the environment is great and comfortable and specially employees are kind.
    The good thingsThey provided unlimited coffee for the employees the workplace is very comfortable and well ventilated.
    The challengesThe challenges I encountered is not basically within the company but, my house is a bit far from the company
