    This is the reality read this: Lack of equipments, always have a new employee (RED FLAG), Managers they care only about the product, HR not responding to your concerns.
    The good thingsHigh Salary i think, but they will give lots of work, long hours, and a weekend sa sched so technically not worth it.
    The challengesThe RND manager, production manager, regular employee on production. Long Hours. No personal computer, they will give one computer per three employee, no proper training.

    The good thingsTrainings are given to mostly everyone. Have a high chance of of improving and learning skills. Work-life balance is great. Travelling for business can be experienced.

    The good thingsThe salary is above average if you are under the Technical Department like QA, Research and Development and Engineering. They also value people in the Store Operations Department. As for the work environment, you can experience everything from the ups and downs of a corporate world. You will learn how to stand up by your principles and build your confidence. This company is for a long term job.

    MY FIRST JOB
    The good thingsAs a newly grad, I was able to land a job here even without working experience as an Auditor. The company was able to give me an opportunity to learn, grow and explore new things. Also, the working environment, co-workers management, superior are all ok. If ever, I would be asked if I would work again in this company given the chance and opportunity, I'll definitely will.
    The challengesWhat's the challenging part? Well, sad to say, there are difficult decisions to make whenever your immediate superior or boss will be leaving the company. During that time, we were deployed to different departments when our boss tendered his resignation. However, that incident, took me to became a better person, more flexible and adaptive to change.
