My work experience in my recent workplace is very challenging because we are trained to be a multi-tasker employee that could easily adapt even the new environment or work related especially in accounting and can work under pressure.
The good thingsI enjoyed the trainings and work in regards to our tasks and duties given to us because I can say that it's very challenging. And with that there's lot of skills or learnings that I gain from my work. The ambiance of the workplace is good as well as my co-workers. We're like a one big family.
The challengesSurely, there were bad times happened especially when problems occur and in fact we can't avoid that. It's part of our daily lives. Problems or challenges serve as trials in life. We could just embrace it and learn something out of it. Because facing it will make us a better person than before. I have faced lots of challenges like stress in the workplace especially when I just started my job and when we are introduce to a new skill. It's not that easy at first but in the long run I managed to keep my pace going. And I do believe that I did better in handling those problems while working in that company.

a good, dynamic training ground for starters
The good thingsthe company provided me a very meticulous, hands-on training and experience while on the job. the inter-personal relationship of colleagues are great.
The challengesyou might encounter a little hardships such as being too \"multitasking\" work and being under less supervision but it is worth it.
