    A decade of ups and down yet I had a great time.
    The good thingsGPI is a family oriented company that do cares for their employees. I had met a lot of individuals with different attitude and be friends with them. providing excellent service is really my passion that is why working in Cowboy Grill is fun.
    The challengesI've been a marketing staff though it's not my specialization. at first I had a hard time but I cope up and I was able to prove myself that I can provide our company the sales that we need to target. With the help of our OM and HR manager I survived.

    The good thingsThey regularly conduct seminars to update, refresh & to improve the employee's skills. They invest in their people and products.
    The challengesThey should listen to their employees especially those who are actually involve in store operation. Be more open to suggestions and actually, adopting it especially if they see it will be beneficial to the company.
