    My experience with the company is significant as to the development of my skills to improve the career that I have right now.
    The good thingsThe good thing here is you get to realize later on that you are progressive in working in the field you're into.
    The challengesChallenges comes when pressure in efficiency & effectivity of a new assignment that was unexpectedly given by your officer without clear endorsement and instructions. And so, you have to find out every step you need to take to finish it. And that's an advantage with my career, to prove that i'm worth it to be part of them.
