    The challengesThe production is in operation for almost 24/7 setup, and maintaining the equipment is a major challenge due to limited time.

    Working At Dunkin Donuts
    The good thingsWhat I liked about working with Dunkin' Donuts is the opportunity they gave me even though i didn't have enough experience. And I really enjoyed every minute of my stay there. If only I have a choice, I would love to retire in that company.
    The challengesThe only challenge I encountered was that they don't allow relatives within the company. And since I unknowingly have a distant relative within the company which is very much not allowed, I was only able to serve my 5-month contract.

    Fun and enjoyable.
    The good thingsMy co-workers, the programs for the employee, incentives, company outing, and the employees coop.
    The challengesTarget sales and the monthly profit and lost reports, company mistery shoppers. And company monthly quality and control team that they randomly send every month to check if the chosen store is doing the standard operating, cleanliness, quality of food and ofcourse the outstanding customers service.
