    NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE
    The good thingsgreat & friendly co-workers since most of employees are ages around 20-30 years old so you will get along pretty well
    The challengesno work-life balance since working hours is from Mon to Sat. Bosses are so tight with vacation & sick leaves though these are not convertible into cash when not use.
