Applicant Review for a certain positionIf you are planning to apply here, do not think twice, think 10 times. A job offer was extended to me after almost 5 months, and it was presented like it is a done deal only to find out that it is still subject to approval from higher management. This lack of clarity was very surprising, considering that I am applying to a role within esteemed Gokongwei group where I would expect a streamlined and transparent process.
The hiring manager is unresponsive; he can't spare 2 minutes of his life to send a rejection email.
