The good thingsThey make sure you are properly trained and that you understand the system before doing the real stuff. Very comfortable experience. Good fixed schedule for morning shift.
The challengesIf you come from a flex or semi-flex schedule, you might feel that it's strict. But it actually feels very healthy to get used to it.
