Comfortable place to workThe good things- Salaries always came on time, sometimes early, never late
- Everyone is friendly, from top management to everyone below
- Efficient human resources department; unlike in some places, they don't need to be taught how to do their job
- Good work-life balance; overtime work is discouraged
- Free coffee, Milo, and mocha
The challenges- At the time I left, they were beginning the implementation of a time-tracking tool, apparently for computing costs. Nobody believes that. Aside from those tools putting a damper on one's work momentum (you can't multi-task if you need to record a particular task you're working on), it always feels like they put it in place to make you feel guilty when you take a break.
