    In life, if they dont like you then they dont like you. If they like you, then they are present.
    The good things13th month pay They usually give 500 pesos worth of food if there is an event - i got it 3 times
    The challengesTheir processes lack coordination, and more importantly, the HR team often lacks empathy. Remote work requires a balance; while we don’t need to be babied, we do need support during personal hardships. Since online communication lacks a personal touch, tone and word choice are essential. It often feels as though remote workers are viewed strictly as business transactions rather than valued team members. While this reflects my personal experience, I recognize it may not be the case for every VA.

    Working from home is time and money-saving, but can still be challenging due to some reasons like you can feel bored cause you're working alone, but the group of Go remote staff is exerting efforts to make up for this situations.
    The good thingsWork from home setup. Client is great, the HR staff were helpful. The CEO/COO is approachable.
    The challengesHad to make adjustments with the time difference.
