My experience has been both challenging and rewarding, as I joined during the company's early stages and, to this day, have overcome my own weaknesses, allowing me to grow professionally and support others.The good thingsThe Executive Team is supportive and generous, offering guidance in my role and maintaining transparency in their decision-making, particularly regarding operations and key processes. Additionally, the entire workforce consistently puts forth their best efforts and is highly supportive.
The challengesSince I joined the company when it was still small and new, one of the challenges has been the constant changes as we worked to establish policies and procedures from scratch. There were times when some team members were resistant to these changes, but we were able to navigate through these challenges and successfully implement the necessary processes, with support from leadership and the team. Overall, it has been a rewarding experience as we've grown and adapted together.
