It's a great opportunity to learn about the medical and pharmaceutical industry of the Philippines and help the sick Filipinos and ailing hospitals. It's exciting to meet different doctors and patients and the job pays well. But it's also very stressful and work life balance is sometimes the cost. I would have loved to stay but I needed to go back to the province for my family due to the pandemic.
The good thingsSince we're a medical company, we have great benefits for our own medical or sickness needs. We have vehicle allowance and out of pocket allowance for our day to day. The pay is great as long as you're reaching your quotas and Doctors are happy with your consistent and respectful service when dealing with their patients.
The challengesIt's very stressful working for a medical and pharma company since we are dealing with doctors, sick patients, and members of the government. We must focus on sales but also do our part in serving the sick Filipinos in the country. Work life balance can be difficult as the job is demanding.
