    Low wage yet high expectations

    The challengesThey expect you to work on a lot of things and the labor policy of the company is very anti-worker. They expect you to perform yet you get poorly compensated. 14k is my salary and its too low. Management is quite threatening as well. Needs to improve on management-worker policies. We're not robots, you know.
