    The challengessometimes some co worker not helping in other work that giving to you. You just need to be patient and be teamplayer everytime your in workplace.

    its good and just enjoy and learn.
    The good thingsvisit almost nearby city and municipality via prescribe route of vehicle NCR .Then from south area longest route taken lucena city then to north route baguio, meet different people along the way from each town or area visit/ delivered.
    The challengestime management,,due to early off to work schedule and late out..but its totally paid. quite heavy for its more of lifting on my part as of per job description.but helping each other is there depending on how you treat your co-worker.proper communication to be precise. Thats all.

    The good thingsDuring my experience in working here the department heads are very good in handling instruction that make you very happy in working, the code of ethics in the company and the system also help me to improve my ability, and you become a better person here. You are not treated down but each individual love and respect each other. The owners are our great leaders and supportive.
    The challengesUpon working here the best challenges are take over the assignment without proper turn over its your own initiative to make a system in your job. you are allowed to make decision for the best that you can do. meeting high profile people,traveling different areas in mindanao for the first time alone handling 32 persons under me and understanding their difference is the best challenges that i have.
